Fruit Juice Popsicles

NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS PER SERVING: 114 calories, 1 gram protein, 1 gram fat, 28 grams carbohydrates, 4 milligrams sodium, 0 milligrams cholesterol
Ingredients:
4 cups cran-raspberry juice cocktail
2 cups orange juice
1 cup chopped green grapes, banana slices and tangerine sections ( or fruit combination of your choice)
Directions:
* Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
* Ladle mixture equally into eight paper cups
* Place the cups in the freezer for one and one-half hours until partially frozen.
* Place a popsicle stick in the center of each cup and return to freezer.
* Allow to freeze completely, for five to six additional hours.
* To remove paper cups, submerge the bottom of the cup in a bowl of cool water for thirty seconds -- the cup should loosen and be easy to remove.
